Winter: a mid-size church with attendance peaking in the high 200’s or low 300’s

 

Most people who attend Zion are either Winter Texans or Winter Texans who have retired to live year round in South Texas.

 Zion Lutheran Church serves Winter Texans and Local Valley Residents who live in Alamo, McAllen, Donna, Edinburg, San Juan, Pharr, Weslaco, Mission and other communities in Hidalgo County, Texas.

Our Pastor:  Rev. Dr. Robert Holaday completed LCMS Colloquy classes at Concordia Seminary St. Louis, MO. He has degrees from Covenant Theological Seminary, St. Louis, MO; Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL; The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Belton, TX; Frank Phillips College, Borger, TX
